Mrs Barbara Atkinson, Karen, David and Families wish to thank all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours, former fellow Market Traders and Roy's many Friends for kind expressions of sympathy, letters of condolence, cards and donations to Kirkwood Hospice received in their sad loss. Many thanks to the Doctors and Staff at Croft House Surgery, Home Care Nurses and the Huddersfield and District Nursing Service. All of whom gave such dedicated care to Roy during his illness. Also to Rev. L.H. Wood for for his visit and words of comfort. The support of many friends has been much appreciated.
